CNS login error
You are on this page for one of the following reasons:
- Smart card not installed correctly:
- Make sure your Smart card and/or reader have been installed correctly as indicated by your Certification Authority
- Make sure you have configured your internet browser correctly (for smart card authentication)
- Make sure the smart card contains both the signing certificate and the authentication certificate
- Make sure your certificates are not expired and not revoked.
- To check the points described above:
- For Infocert smart cards/Business Key see the site http://www.firma.infocert.it and follow all the indicated steps
- For Infocamere/Chamber of Commerce smart cards/Business Key see the site http://www.card.infocamere.it and follow all the indicated steps
- For smart cards from other Certification Authorities, contact your help desk
- Digital certificate login interrupted by the user
- Certificate not valid
- Browser not restarted after a previous smart card login error
